We'll start by gauging what you already know and learning what you do on a day-to-day basis. I’ll talk with you about your current eating patterns and go in-depth about your goals specifically related to nutrition. I'll also assign a little homework for you to do, having you track your food for a couple of days so we can review it together at a later meeting.
Day 2: We'll kick things off by going over the way we approach nutrition here at TNT. From there, we will dig into your goals and find out where you struggle most with nutrition. Finally, we'll review all of the different nutrition options we offer here at TNT.
